All property is sold "as is" and neither Denver Christian nor BEYOND the CALL Auction Services makes any representations or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied of any item.
 
No statement in the catalog or made at the sale, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a
representation or warrant or any assumption of liability.
 
Denver Christian reserves the right to withdraw any item before the actual sale.
Payment must be made prior to leaving the premises. Cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa are accepted. Checks must be made out to: Denver Christian.
 
A bid is entered by raising your numbered bid card and being acknowledged by the auctioneer.
 
Absentee Bidders will be represented by a proxy who will bid on their behalf. Bids once made may not be withdrawn.
 
The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the "Name of Organization" sale records shall be conclusive in all respects.
 
Upon the fall of the hammer, or when the Auctioneer says "sold", title of the auction item shall pass to the highest bidder who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility for payment thereafter.
 
Should a tie or dispute arise between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may reopen the
bidding between the high bidders until the property is sold. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
 
The Auctioneer is not responsible for errors in bidding by anyone. Please double check your catalog and your bid sheet, and bid on the correct items.
 
Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of this event.
 
The purchaser must remove all items purchased on the evening of the auction. A paid receipt will be issued to the purchaser when items have been paid in full, at which time the items will be given to the purchaser

Arrangements for purchased trips and services must be made directly with donor unless
otherwise specified. Restrictions may apply to gift certificates.
 
All experiences sold at auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the purchaser, and neither" Name of Organization" nor BEYOND the CALL Auction Services is liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury, damage of or in respect to any person, or property, howsoever caused or arising.
 
Items may be removed this evening by exhibiting a paid receipt to item pickup at the time of departure.
 
Merchandise and service values stated are good faith estimates by the donor.
 
*Silent Auction Rules
 
A bid is entered by printing your name and bid number and amount of bid on the sheet in front of the corresponding item or entering a bid into a mobile device. Bids below minimum will not be accepted.
 
Bids should be in whole numbers and must be equal to or exceed the minimum bid stated on the Silent Auction Bid Sheet or mobile source Succeeding bids must exceed the previous bid by the minimum raise stated on the bid sheet. Submitted bids cannot be retracted.
 
Announcements will be made regarding the closing of the silent auction sections and take
precedence over written closing times.
